If you’ve ever been interested in kickboxing, whether for fitness or for competition, then the MVJ Athletic Training Center has you covered. Our beginners will learn basic skills based on San Shou (Chinese Kickboxing) and K-1 style techniques, including footwork, punching, kicking, and knee strikes. Join in the fun as we hit the bag, jump rope, and run! All of these activities foster better motor coordination while helping to maximize your stamina and strength. We provide a fun and safe environment for you to improve and hone your skills.
